Have you ever thought of the Lord Jesus as a great Coach? This
would be an apt modern day description of the way He sought to inspire and
encourage His disciples to give of their very best. Let us consider how Jesus
coached His disciples. “You are the light of the world…” Matthew 5:14 “Let your light so shine
before men, EXAMPLES OF GOOD COACHING 1. Inspire a) Help pupils reach down deep into their potential strength b) Help them to know that they can be both salt and light simply because of the work of salvation in the their life 2.
