It is my joy, honor and privilege to serve in SSS 3, ministering to  courageous ladies who are foreigners. They have taken a big step in leaving their comfort zone to travel to Singapore to work and live so that their loved ones at home can have a better life.

As I teach and interact with them, it is my prayer that they can see that Jesus is alive in and through my life.

With their uncertain length of time with us, each week is a precious opportunity to teach the truth of God’s word. Through His word we hope that they will come to find faith in Jesus.

As they face life struggles and challenges it is my prayer that these students will find their HOPE in the true and living GOD.

Indeed, to have friends coming from the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar to Bethany SSS 3 is our special privilege and joy.

Thank God that we can have this period of time to share simply the love of Jesus with them. We hope that the Word of God would touch and change their lives.  May they be able to take home precious truths of life with them when they leave us.

I hope they will enjoy coming to Sunday School.

Many years ago when I was still new and unfamiliar to Christian faith and church, it was my Sunday School teacher who patiently taught me how to read the Bible, pray, and help me fit into church.

For the same reason now, I would like the ladies in Senior Sunday School 3 to learn precious truths from the Bible, and to apply them in their lives, and also to enjoy the fellowship with their friends. 

Being away from home and loved ones, they need the Lord even more.  They need to have a strong faith that they can fall back on in times of need.  I hope to show and guide them in their search for truth, and growth in their faith.
