Kitchen Ministry

We believe in enhancing fellowship...

"Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth." 1 Corinthians 5:8

The practice of having fellowship meals began way back in Bethany I. Everyone would contribute a dish or so on the first Sunday of each month for fellowship dinner then.

Since the move to Bethany II in 1992 and restructuring of our church activities on Sundays, we have seen fellowship greatly enhanced over meals. Many make it a point to stay behind for a meaningful time of interaction.

The kitchen ministry also looks into providing meals during junior camps, funeral wakes and other meetings.

We have seen how fellowship has become more significant because of our kitchen ministry.
