Adult's Ministry

We believe in Christian fellowship...

"And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread and in prayers." Acts 2:42

AM Bethany, as it is fondly called, is a ministry catering to the needs of the adults in our Church, whether it be in the home with their families or at the work place in their careers and even regarding their personal concerns. We seek to provide good Christian fellowship and friendship and to constantly help one another realise God’s close and loving involvement in their lives. We recognise that the spiritual life of each one must be in sync with God before we can achieve a meaningful adult life.

AM Café (Care and Fellowship Groups)

‘Café’ is derived from the words “care” and “fellowship”. We meet monthly in small groups in members' homes according to geographical districts for the purpose of studying God's Word, fellowship and prayer.

It is here that members with special and practical needs are cared for. We give mutual support and love to encourage each other to grow in our faith. We remind each other that God’s way is the right and best way to live. Dinner or supper is provided to enhance the fellowship time. Café groups meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 7.30 pm.

Special Programs for the Family

AM also provides special programs, usually held on public holidays for its members to enjoy wholesome group activities together. These activities cater for all ages and all families and include picnics, excursions and games.
